100 Women Pathway Participants
The 100 Women Pathway is designed to rapidly increase the number of diverse women in senior roles at environmental organizations and environmental public agencies. This eight-month program brings together women who are already making a big impact in the environmental space and looking to take the next step (or leap) on their career journey.
Each 100 Women Pathway participant has been nominated by a CEO or Executive Director. Together, participants explore their unique leadership qualities, learn from one another, access coaching, and connect with executive leaders and recruiters.
