Kimberly Karol
Kimberly Karol, Head of Development for the Global Methane Hub, has made significant and award-winning contributions in all areas of fundraising. She previously served as the Deputy Director of Global Development for The Nature Conservancy, where she implemented strategic fundraising initiatives, including campaigns, communications, and DEI programs. Before The Nature Conservancy, Kimberly helped increase giving at Prairie View A&M University, a historically Black university in Texas, positioned the institution for increased philanthropic giving by demonstrating impact and strengthening relationships across the donor pyramid in preparation for a comprehensive campaign. She has also held positions with The University of Texas Health Science Center, Teach for America, Drexel University, and The Aspen Institute.
Kimberly recently joined the board of capracare, a nonprofit that provides education, health care, and disaster relief services in Haiti. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts from Baylor University and a Master in Public Administration from New York University.
