Volunteers: If you become a volunteer, we ask you to provide us with certain personal information. We use this information to populate our volunteer list and to contact you in connection with volunteer activities.
Donations: When you give a financial donation to Planet Women, we ask that you provide us with your name, telephone number, mailing address, email address and credit card information. Newsletter: When you subscribe to receive our newsletter, we ask you for your name, email address and zip code. Please find a link to our newsletter provider’s privacy policy below.
Surveys & Sign-up Forms: We may occasionally invite people to participate in a survey or to sign up for certain activities and events.
Information Sharing: Planet Women does not sell or rent newsletter recipient or donor names and addresses to any third parties for any reason other than if compelled by a legal action. This pertains to any donor information collected both online and offline. Disclosure may also occur if we consider it necessary to protect our legal rights or if the information relates to actual or threatened harmful conduct.
Accessing and Correcting Your Information: Planet Women stores any contact information you provide to us in our Salesforce database. If your information changes (such as your email address or zip code) or if you no longer desire to volunteer or receive our newsletters, please contact info@planetwomen.org to change your information.
