People and Nature Rwenzori Mountain (PANR) - Uganda
Am an Environmentalist by profession heading the Environment and Natural Resources Department at PANR and I have worked with small community groups of women, men and youth for over 7 years. I have joined this cohort in order to share and learn skills for my rural women whose voices may not be heard due to illiteracy and to help address the challenges of long term access to finances that they are facing. By the end of the training, I would like to have the capacity to package the needs of my fellow women very well and gain the capacity to lobby for resources to improve on our well-being as rural women.
