Iranzi Joyce Esther
Coordinatrice du programme Autonomisation Economique au sein de Floresta Burundi
I hold two bachelor’s degrees, one in Economics and the other in Statistics. I have experience in emergency projects carried out in camps of displaced people, hospitals and schools. I thrive in an environment where transparency and honesty reign. In these emergency programs, I was responsible for managing the beneficiary complaints and feedback mechanisms and collecting, documenting all concerns/complaints and comments received from our beneficiaries and thus producing feedback messages to these beneficiaries. I have skills in research, monitoring and evaluation of different interventions. I have also accumulated experience in the development of rural communities. For the moment, I am working in a program that works for the economic promotion of rural community development groups on entrepreneurship. We work with people from rural areas, especially women. We also work in promoting environmental protection and improved agriculture, but we also encourage spiritual development and reconciliation at the grassroots community level.
