Ann Marie Nemanich
Ann Marie is Chief Financial Officer for the Monterey Bay Aquarium. She oversees all aspects of the Finance and Accounting operations of the Aquarium, as well as the Real Estate and Campus Management groups. Ann Marie has extensive experience in an array of business settings, most recently serving for over a decade at The Nature Conservancy of California as director of finance and operations. Previously she held positions as executive director of an arts and education non-profit in the San Francisco Bay Area, chief finance officer of an international entertainment company, and director of financial planning and analysis for Lucasfilm. She was awarded the Irvine Leadership Award, taught accounting at UC Berkeley Extension and studied social justice and ethics at the Jesuit Theological Union in Berkeley.
