Lisa Quinn

Director of Individual Giving

As Planet Women’s Director of Individual Giving, Lisa supports and maintains relationships with our volunteers, board, donors, beneficiaries, and program leaders by learning, listening, and sharing stories. She leads the building of a diverse community-centric fundraising plan to support a better future for people and the planet.

Lisa brings over 20 years of experience designing and delivering successful fundraising approaches, social marketing, campaigns, and programs for businesses, NGOs, and universities. Lisa previously worked as the marketing and development director at the Bainbridge Island Parks and Trails Foundation, successfully leading capital campaigns, creating and implementing a monthly giving program, and expanding a three-year pledge program. She has also worked at Urban Land Institute as the northwest manager developing and coordinating regional capacity between the Seattle and Portland metropolitan areas. For eight years, she held an Executive Director role with Feet First, a statewide nonprofit working to ensure all Washington communities are walkable. Before that, Lisa worked as the rideshare program manager for the San Luis Obispo Council of Governments and as a program manager for Better Environmentally Sound Transportation in Vancouver, Canada. At the University of Washington, she revamped the universal transportation sustainability program and received public relations awards for innovative biking and walking campaigns. From $ 1,000 grants to $250,000 grants, Lisa has successfully secured grants from a variety of funders including state and local governments and foundations.

Lisa loves being outside and exploring the Pacific Northwest, the place she calls home, by foot and bike and seeing the world through the eyes of her young daughter.
